Like Listening To Your BFF Give It To You Straight...
The dreaded negative loop that hounds us all is FINALLY addressed, defined and muted, once you implement the three simple steps listed in this Podcast.
Ruth’s voice has the tone that imparts the feeling that you’re listening to a close friend who just gets you.
You can HEAR the smile in her voice.
I can’t make any promises, but positivity might radiate out of your device while this Podcast plays...consider yourself forewarned.
That said, her advice — especially the accountability stuff that so many people “take issue with” ... aka cannot handle — is easier to absorb, because your subconscious mind has already decided that THIS voice is the voice of a good person who genuinely wants to help you.
Okay. Let’s put it another way:
This chick sounds like she’s walked this path and knows what she’s talking about, and she wants nothing more than to help you.
How’s that? Better?
Getting back to that negative loop that we all have, I’ve found that recognizing it, as soon as I possibly can, and “replacing the tape” at the very nanosecond that I recognize the negativity, helped me stop certain versions of “the voice” altogether.
YOUR FEAR IS 100% DEPENDENT UPON YOU FOR ITS SURVIVAL.
Read that last sentence again, and keep listening to Ruth.
