He has written four books about the outdoors, including If You Didn’t Bring Jerky, What Did I Just Eat? His work has appeared in numerous publications including Men’s Journal, Outside, The Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times.

Thank you Dr. Peeke for your sharing your time and knowledge. Your guests are interesting. My only concern is that you are selling a brand of vitiamins. If that brand is better than the rest, please give us the research to prove.

Bought this book after listening to this super powerful podcast and Dr. Judy HO’s advice has given me SO MANY aha moments that I have been struggling with for so long. Her simplified way of peeling back personal layers and examining myself has provided me with the best self-help therapy I have had in a long time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
