I’m hooked. Thank you.

Gregg, I found your podcast on the recommended portion under another podcast I listen to called The Science of Happiness. I thought I’d give it a quick listen on the way to work and I found myself unable to pause it. I had to finish listening in the parking lot. You have amazing guests and great content and I will say I have used it as a guide as I start my own podcast. As a person who has battled mental health for some time and am now a parent of a child who has a mental illness as well, I’ve struggled for years trying to think of ways to help her while also helping myself be well. Throughout this journey of discovering new tools and techniques to maintaining a healthy mental state, I’ve decided to share my knowledge with other parents who may be lost. But it’s podcasts such as yours, The Science of Happiness, and now for my oldest son, Man Amongst Men, that have really giving my family and myself new perspectives we may have never discovered on our own. Keep up the great work.
