The Soul’s Journey: Before You Were Born (Part 1 of 12).

Episode 422 - Messages from the Universe with Laurie Wondra, The Soul's Journey - Before you were Born. What if your story began before your first breath? Join Laurie for The Soul’s Journey, a new 12-part series exploring the deeper story beneath the life you are living. From the soul’s possible existence before birth to the legacy of light we leave behind, this series invites you to explore purpose, relationships, healing, conscious choice, and the wisdom you carry within. In Episode 1 of 12, Before You Were Born, Laurie explores spiritual perspectives on the space between lives, soul intentions, and the connections we may form before entering this world. What gifts, qualities, and possibilities might your soul have brought into this lifetime? How might familiar people, recurring themes, and unexplained attractions offer clues to a journey that began long before you can remember? Together, we consider soul agreements, free will, and the “veil of forgetting”—why we may arrive without conscious memories of our spiritual origins, yet continue to receive guidance through dreams, intuition, synchronicities, and inner knowing. Laurie offers a compassionate perspective on finding meaning in life’s experiences while honoring our freedom to choose, establish boundaries, and create new paths. The episode includes a gentle guided reflection to help you connect with the qualities you carry and consider what your soul may be asking you to remember. Whether these ideas feel familiar or open new questions, you are invited to listen with curiosity and an open heart as we begin The Soul’s Journey. What's Up with the Energies of October 2026

October 2026 invites us into a revealing and deeply introspective review of the heart. With Venus retrograde in Scorpio and Mercury beginning its own retrograde journey later in the month, unresolved themes involving love, relationships, money, trust, self-worth, and emotional intimacy may return for greater understanding. Rather than rushing toward decisions, October asks us to look beneath appearances, reconsider what—and whom—we are moving forward with, and recognize where old wounds, fears, or beliefs may still be shaping our choices. In this episode, Laurie explores October’s major planetary movements, the Libra New Moon, the powerful Taurus Full Moon, and the heightened intuition of the month’s 11/2 numerology, and the impact to each Astrology sign. Discover how to work with this energy through honest reflection, grounded discernment, and a healthier balance between giving and receiving. October begins by asking, “What do I truly value?” and ends by asking, “Does the life I am building reflect those values?” Send us Fan Mail Support the show Thanks for listening -  For questions or comments email Laurie at Laurie@yourlifecore.com Instagram @yourlifecore  or Twitter @yourlifecore Facebook https://www.facebook.com/YourLifecore Website www.yourlifecore.com

When Life Tests Your Spiritual Growth.

Spiritual awakening may open the door, but life is where wisdom is truly tested. In this episode of Messages from the Universe, we explore how criticism, rejection, changing friendships, disrupted plans, health challenges, and loss reveal what is still healing within us—and invite us to respond with greater awareness, resilience, and grace. Spiritual maturity does not mean life becomes easy or that we never react from an old wound. It means learning to pause, take responsibility, honor our boundaries, adapt when life changes, and choose how we want to move forward. Every experience and challenge quietly asks: Who are you becoming through this experience? Perhaps genuine spiritual growth is not about appearing enlightened or escaping our humanity. It is about becoming more authentic, compassionate, courageous, honest, and fully ourselves—allowing the way we live, love, and treat others to become our greatest spiritual teaching. Signs of Spiritual Maturity

Spiritual growth is not measured by how many books we have read, retreats we have attended, or mystical experiences we have had. It is revealed in how we live—how we respond when life challenges us, how we treat those who see the world differently, and how willing we are to honor boundaries, remain humble, and learn from our experiences. In Episode 415 of Messages from the Universe, Laurie explores the signs of spiritual maturity and the quiet transformation that occurs when knowledge becomes lived wisdom. Discover how becoming less reactive, releasing the need for validation, practicing self-respect, and growing comfortable with life’s mysteries can help us embody what we have learned. Spirituality is not simply something we practice—it becomes visible in who we are and how we move through the world. Listen to Signs of Spiritual Maturity: Living the Wisdom You Have Gained.
