This is pretty good to help fall asleep. He voice is so dull, so that is nice.

Promos, no actually meditation

Was disappointed that very little of the numerous episodes I’ve listened to contain actual meditation! Too much of it is talking about a meditation technique she’ll show you... but never does! Unless, of course, you pay for a subscription on the website. Titles had almost nothing to do with the content. Not worth listening to if you actually want to meditate, each is just a promo for paid content.

Voice frequency fluctuates too much

It could be good. But it’s hard to get through episodes. The music remains calm but her voice frequency fluctuates. Also, the words are dragged out too long. Ex: “Annnnnd”
