    Identifying Your "Programs" | Motivation

The way you operate is like a phone. There are an endless number of things a phone can do, but most of these things require you to download a program or app. Similarly, your own abilities are limited by your “programs”, or beliefs. You may talk about the things you want to achieve, but if you don’t have the right beliefs there’s no way to make it happen.
In this episode, Adi introduces a simple exercise that you can use to rewrite these programs and put yourself on the path to achieving your goals

A Tech mogul, a Quarterback & a Famous Musician - Lessons for YOUR life | Motivation

All too often, we make the mistake of comparing ourselves to others who seem incredibly successful. At IGNTD, we’ve worked with many of these so-called “perfect” people, and know firsthand that they struggle just as much as anyone else.
What makes the people you look up to successful isn’t that they are perfect (they're not). It’s that they've taken the steps to focus on THEIR lives. It's time to stop focusing on comparing yourself to others and start focusing on improving your OWN life.

Feeling at ease with the Jaffe’s

I moved to Utah from Canada to support my husband on a new job opportunity and new exciting adventure in February 2020.
This was a few weeks before the pandemic hit. Meeting new people or even getting acquainted with my new city wasn't an option! I’ve never felt more isolated, lost and alone in my life my anxiety/depression was at an all time high- and drinking and stress weren’t far behind. I found Sophie and Adi and this podcast and have really felt at ease since. I really fell in love with radical transparency and just accepting myself as I am in this current moment and working to be better then I was yesterday not expecting a full transformation overnight. That it takes a lot of work and intention. Re-learning that one bad thing doesn’t define me and that there’s always room to grow! Baby steps.
The information on this podcast is legit therapy! Thank you both.
Bonus- Following Sophie and the family on social fills my heart! Thanks for sharing ❤️
