Feeling at ease with the Jaffe’s
I moved to Utah from Canada to support my husband on a new job opportunity and new exciting adventure in February 2020.
This was a few weeks before the pandemic hit. Meeting new people or even getting acquainted with my new city wasn't an option! I’ve never felt more isolated, lost and alone in my life my anxiety/depression was at an all time high- and drinking and stress weren’t far behind. I found Sophie and Adi and this podcast and have really felt at ease since. I really fell in love with radical transparency and just accepting myself as I am in this current moment and working to be better then I was yesterday not expecting a full transformation overnight. That it takes a lot of work and intention. Re-learning that one bad thing doesn’t define me and that there’s always room to grow! Baby steps.
