When Things Fall Apart - How to Pick Up the Pieces

When Things Fall Apart - How to Pick Up the Pieces

Today, I want to talk about what it means to listen to and support a loved one. Often times, we are quick to judge someone’s story based on our own perceptions and ideas of reality. We “listen” without actually listening with a clear heart. We have our own ideas of what they should do or how they should behave. This judgment can lead to both parties feeling misunderstood and alone.

Important + Thoughtful

Adi and Sophie, thank you for being so thoughtful, relatable, inspiring, and boundary - pushing and brave. One of my favorite parts of this podcast is that it appeals both to men and women, and to people in so many stages of life. At the same, I love that you bring on a diverse group of people and tackle a diverse group of topics— no fluff or shying away here, just lots of brave, honest, IMPORTANT conversations and sharing. I think we all need a little more of that, so thanks for showing up. Long time listener and will continue to be as long as y’all make the show! 🙏🌈

Healing my SOUL!

This podcast has been soul healing for me. I recently read in a book that mentioned a persons community or tribe can extend out to people you don’t know personally but who you feel deeply connected too and make your soul sing🌞🌟

Coming from a family with deep roots of addiction and mental health struggles, I always thought that it was in was my genetics and I had no control over it. There was rarely a conversation that proved otherwise until I found your platform a few years ago. Through your conversations, I’ve learned to rewrite my story and heal my inner child that has been screaming inside of me for as long as I can remember. Your vulnerability and honestly has affirmed that I am not alone. I have the power to go deep with myself and change behaviors to do what feels best for ME! Thank you thank you thank you for constantly showing up! Love you guys🌺🌈💕
