I was just about to start your new, posted meditation when I read the show notes. “You don’t have to be Tyra Banks” is hilarious. It’s always interesting to me to see who has an impact. Who would’ve thunk it?! You know about Tyra Banks and her nonsense?!! I love your podcast and have been an active listener for at least six months.
