Love this podcast

I’m new to meditation but this is helping me enormously. So glad I found this podcast. I look forward to this half hour every day. Highly recommend it!

Volume only issue

I like listening to podcasts at work, hard to listen to this with the accent and the volume being low makes it hard to really listen to and absorb. Please increase the normalized volume.
