Changed my eating habits JUST by listening

i NEVER write reviews but this woman deserves her praise. i have only been listening for about a month and have already dropped 10 pounds without a sweat because ive just changed my mindset thanks to Billie. the only way you can have lasting change is by changing your mindset and now its so easy. even if i slip up, its all a part of the process and its so easy to just get right back on track- no beating myself up. she shows you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with ROOM TO MESS UP and get back on track. i used to binge eat, have horrible hormonal issues due to over eating, and had 0 food control, and now? there’s chocolates and chips sitting in my cabinet and i only ate like a couple yesterday because i didn’t feel like having much more, and now they’re sitting in my cabinet and i don’t even think about it. i’ll have them again whenever i want but i don’t want them right now. Billie taught me how to show up as my future self RIGHT NOW and how to have PEACE OF MIND about food and whatever rules we tell ourselves. as a byproduct i’ve been showing up so much more consistently and im already 10 lb down.
i’m so excited for the next few months and i feel so confident going into summer with this new mindset. Thanks Billie!
