Excellent advice for taking care of yourself

I really like the focused advice for the key demographic age of around 40. It feels like the time when things get harder to maintain physically, so support and ideas to maintain at terrific.

Really good content from seasoned fitness

As a 40 something male, married to a 40 something wonderful woman, this podcast speaks to us clearly and the interviews have answers to relevant questions. The style is easy to follow and her communication is strong without boring you even when discussing fact based information. Great content!

Yes, FINALLY!

There is so much conflicting information about weight loss/weight management for women over 40. Most of it is meant to get us to buy the latest product, not help us learn and make make lasting changes.
Nicole educates her listeners in a practical, easy-to-understand way. She teaches lifestyle, not dieting, and that is what’s needed!
