Content is helping my sobriety journey
I found this podcast when I was a few months sober from alcohol and it’s a very important part of my relapse prevention plan. I needed something to help when I’m traveling or driving and unable to find or attend a meeting. I needed a “virtual sober companion” and this podcast is so helpful for me.
I love that the structure allows the guest to tell their story at their own pace and I connect with so many of the stories being told. It’s a helpful reminder to stay sober and also know that I’m not alone.
I’ve tried other sobriety podcasts and this one is the best for me!! I look forward to new episodes and also love being able to go back and listen from the beginning.
Keep the new content coming and thank you for helping me stay sober.
