Netanyahu Secretly Flew to Dubai: Now We Know Why | Episode 23

In today's episode, we're diving into a stunning new investigative report revealing that Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly made a secret trip to the UAE. Sources say the Israeli Prime Minister personally asked President Mohamed bin Zayed to deny that he had warned Netanyahu about Hamas prior to the October 7th attacks. We also take a closer look at the rising human cost in the Strait of Hormuz, where new NBC News reporting reveals the Pentagon quietly increased its official casualty count of wounded American service members. Plus, we react to some of the week's biggest political and public clips: from Donald Trump revealing he told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to "take it easy" on striking Russian oil refineries, to Bill Gates explaining his past ties to Jeffrey Epstein by claiming he was told Epstein could help raise billions for global health. From there, we turn our attention to the upcoming midterms, shifting our focus to Iowa, where a pair of highly fascinating statewide races are completely changing the political map. And finally, we look back 25 years at a pivotal moment in history: the incredible 9/11 response mission of the CIA's Team JAWBREAKER. -- -- -- Today's Sponsors: Kalshi - https://kalshi.com/sign-up DeleteMe - DeleteMe - Visit https://joindeleteme.com/JKBR to get 20% off your DeleteMe plan and use promo code JKBR at checkout. Also: South Africa's president Cyril Ramaphosa addresses the nation amid growing alarm about violence against women. The English Premier League confirms Manchester City have been found guilty of serious breaches of its financial rules. A man who spent 41 years on death row in the US for murder is released on bail after newly analysed DNA evidence did not link him to the crime. Ed Sheeran, Macklemore, and the politics of staying silent

One of the most successful songwriters of all time is facing the biggest controversy of his nearly two decades in the public eye. Where does pop star Ed Sheeran go from here? On Tuesday, every support act for Sheeran withdrew from his US stadium tour, following a decision to drop rapper Macklemore from the tour for his on-stage pro-Palestinian comments. In a statement, Sheeran declined to take a political stance on Macklemore’s comments, and stressed that he was not responsible for the decision to remove the rapper from the roster. Is it possible for pop stars to stay out of the political fray? We speak to BBC music correspondent Mark Savage about the controversy, and what it reveals about the conversion of pop culture and politics. What Keffe D Told Detectives Investigating Biggie's Murder

When LAPD detectives sat down with Duane "Keffe D" Davis in December 2008, they were investigating the murder of Notorious B.I.G. They had built a drug case to pressure Davis into cooperating. He was a person of interest in Biggie's killing because he drove an Impala matching the shooter's car and because he'd been at the party Biggie left minutes before being gunned down. Davis denied any role in Biggie's death. Then, according to the detective who testified at his trial, he said four words that changed everything: "We did the other one." The other one was Tupac. That proffer session produced the confession that prosecutors played for a Las Vegas jury three decades later. On August 31, 2026, that jury convicted Davis of first-degree murder in under three hours. The investigation that cracked Tupac's case was never designed for Tupac's case. It was built to find Biggie's killer. It found Tupac's instead — and then the LAPD shut it down. This episode traces the full path from the Biggie task force to the Las Vegas verdict, and explains why the case that solved one of hip-hop's most notorious murders left the other one frozen.
