    As we get older, our bodies require special types of training that can address prevailing health concerns that are more evident in the 40s to 60s and above bracket. Funk Roberts is awesome.

Funk has help transform my thoughts of training after I was having issues with injuries due to over training, struggles with the desire to train due to failure of seeing results and not being able to keep a nutrition plan of feeding the beast with in.

I find Funk’s approach to be a sustainable way to see consistent results for the 30+ years. Thank you for the amount and quality of content you have on your podcast, over 40 shred app and your weekly coaching calls.
