Episode 158 : Gratitude Meditation

Episode 158 is my favorite thus far. I love starting my day off with a grateful heart. It helps me feel more connected to the people I love, although they are not near.

Overall, I love these mini meditation series. You have such a calming voice.

Best Guided Meditation
